Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is responsible for daily office operation and general secretarial tasks in addition to basic bookkeeping and real estate transaction management.
Major areas of responsibility include:
o Real estate file auditing and organization.o Answering phones, keeping the office organized, assisting agents.o Assisting the Broker with any additional tasks if necessary
Job Requirements:
o Strong organizational abilities.o Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills.o Above average knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.o Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently.o Good knowledge and experience with computers and technology.o Basic knowledge of Quick Books software.o Prior real estate knowledge/training.o Graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.o Knowledge and experience in social media marketing.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
