Software Support Staff
Gecko Software is seeking qualified individuals to work as an inside help desk/technical support employee.
Candidates must have strong computer skills, and the ability to help clients with the installation and troubleshooting of our software programs on Windows, Java, and Mac. (We will train the right candidate in areas that may require additional education.)
Gecko Software is a stocks, futures and forex industry software company, knowledge of the stock market is helpful, but not required.
The Position can be Part-Time (PT), Full-Time (FT) or can qualify as Internship - $10+/hour DOE.
Responsibilities include answering inbound software technical support emails, chats, and phone calls. Successful applicants will be able to recognize and solve problems, work with a team, and document results.
